Ya En Casa is a personal safety tool that allows you to share your real-time location with friends so they can follow your journey home. The service is provided free of charge.

Use of the App

By using Ya En Casa, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal safety and location sharing
• Not use the App to track anyone without their knowledge or consent
• Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or exploit the service
• Provide accurate information when using the App

Location Sharing

• Location sharing is entirely voluntary and initiated only by you
• You control when to start and stop sharing your location
• Location data is shared only during active sessions
• Anyone with your session link or QR code can view your location during an active session

No Guarantees

Ya En Casa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service availability
• GPS accuracy depends on your device and environmental conditions
• The App should not be used as a sole safety measure in emergency situations
• We are not responsible for interruptions in GPS service, network connectivity, or device functionality

Limitation of Liability

Dreamhat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is a supplementary safety tool and should not replace emergency services or other safety measures.

Intellectual Property

Ya En Casa, its logo, design, and content are the property of Dreamhat. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including misuse of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
